Renders + Extras

Here are the references of different render options and extras for you to choose from your commission request!

When doing your request, please don't forget to send:• Your name and preferred pronouns!
• Deadlines, if any
• Your profile so I can tag you in social media if I decide to post your commission!
• Warn me if you rather not have your commission posted (no need to inform a reason).
• As many visual references that you can send.

General informations

• Please remain polite during the whole process. Any form of aggression during communication will result in me fully canceling the request.• I reserve the right to deny any request I don't feel comfortable making. Please do not insist!• I will not copy the work or style of another artist.• Be clear in your description and do send as many references as you can. They can also be sent through a Pinterest folder, a Google Drive link or a PDF!• Be as direct and clear on your request as you can. Send all the information you want in a single email, in order to avoid confusion or complications in the future. If possible, separate them into topics!• During the sketch phase, don't be shy to ask for alterations. This is the best time for it, and any other after its final approval will be charged with the exception of what hasn't been previously shown (like color adjustments, small details, etc). However, be mindful of what you want and the time invested on both ends! If there are too many back-and-forth modifications to the point of interfering with the schedule, I will notify you that further alterations will cause an extra charge, even in the sketch phase.• Requests normally take up to 1-4 weeks to make after I notify you that I have started. It may vary due waitlist, design complexity, or communication delays.• If you have a specific deadline, please inform me beforehand. If it's tight and I'll have to prioritize over others, it will have an extra charge.• I will send updates as frequently as I can. Please keep in mind that your request is one amongst others.• Important conversations will be confirmed through email. Smaller updates can be done by DM if you feel more comfortable with it, and to help speed up our communication!• You can send an email or DM me anytime, but be mindful not unnecessarily to spam me. I will mostly answer only during business hours (Brazil | BRT) during the week.• Keep in mind that the price sheet shows only the base price. More complex designs or requests may change the final value.• Make sure you have checked the most recent price sheet.

Payment

• Prices are listed in USD.• Payment is 100% upfront after the first draft approval!• Payments are made through PayPal or Ko-fi!• After final sketch approval, any significant or major changes are charged as well.• The commission will only be started after the payment confirmation on both ends.• Do not send the payment before I fully accept the request!• If there is the necessity of payment of any extra charges that have not been paid in the beginning (ex.: modifications after final sketch approval), there will not be further updates or the final artwork will not be sent while this is not resolved.• Any cancellation after first drafts approval will not have a full refund, since I already spent a significant amount of time on the piece.• There is no refund if you are unsatisfied with the final artwork. I am not responsible if you turn unsatisfied with the final pose, design, composition, etc, after your approval of the sketches and during the updates. Again, don't be shy to ask for alterations during the correct stages, exactly to avoid this kind of issue!

Image use

• All commissions are for personal use only. You cannot use any stage of the artwork in any form of product in a commercial way. If you are interested in ordering art for commercial use, please have that informed for a different quotation.• Do not erase my signature from the artwork. You have the right to use it in personal ways but its still my work.• Even in commercial use, do not claim the artwork as your own. It is still a piece I have made, so always credit it back to me.• I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or social media, under a commission watermark. I will notify you if I do plan to post it, but if you prefer to not have your commission posted, please inform me.• If you post it on your social media, please credit and consider notifying me as well! I will be more than happy to check and share it too :)

Observations

Thank you for reading so far. I'll be taking this space to expand a little bit on some topics:

• When sending references, remember to send as many as you can! Pose, energy, clothing, design, and even color palette preferences (if any)! The idea is to get as precise on what you want as quickly as it can be, with the least amount of trouble on both ends.• During drafts, sketches, and updates, all images are sent in a lower resolution and with a W.I.P. watermark for security. Don't worry, the final piece will be sent in high resolution through email and/or a temporary link (WeTransfer), in PNG and JPEG format. Open files will not be available.• When I say that payment will be done after first drafts approval, I mean the first couple of sketches. They are more simple and quicker, just so we both can have an idea of what it will be looking at the end in terms of design, composition, pose, and not so much in detail. After its approval, you can send the payment and I'll start doing a more refined sketch, that will be more detailed and way closer to the final result. This is the time to make all the adjustments you feel it needs. Only when this version is approved, it became final and I start the cleaning up and finalization process.
